Abisola Akintunde (Ashabee) is an award-winning global makeup artist, beauty educator and entrepreneur. She is the founder of the Ashabee brand which houses MakeupbyAshabee, BrowsbyAshabee, and the Bee Lashes cosmetic line.
Although an English major in University, Ashabee found her gift and love for makeup during her time in university, and quickly became the go to person on her campus for makeup services. Upon graduation, she decided to pursue makeup full time and moved to Lagos Nigeria where she received professional training.
Her professional makeup artistry career kicked off in 2012 and she has worked across bridal, red-carpet, TV, film and fashion. She was an in-house makeup artist (MUA) for African Magic, Black up and Inglot before launching the MakeupbyAshabee brand.
Make-up by Ashabee premiered in Lagos Nigeria, and quickly rose to become the preferred bridal and celebrity makeup brand in the country.
